The Global Mentorship Initiative (GMI) mentorship is an intensive online program that prepares students to launch successful careers. During the mentorship, volunteer mentors play a transformative role, guiding students through a curriculum that covers goal setting, harnessing AI for professional growth, and navigating global business environments with agility and cultural fluency.

GMI Hall of Fame mentors have successfully completed 10+ mentorships and mastered the skills of leadership development, coaching and inclusive communication across diverse groups. In addition, they are connected to and recognized as role models in a global network of 20,000+ professionals and students.
