The Global Mentorship Initiative (GMI) mentorship is a 12-session intensive online program that prepares students to launch successful careers. During the mentorship, volunteer mentors play a transformative role, guiding students through a curriculum that covers goal setting, harnessing AI for professional growth, and navigating global business environments with agility and cultural fluency.

GMI Platinum mentors have completed at least six mentorships, giving them extensive experience in leadership development, coaching and inclusive communication across diverse groups. In addition, they are connected to and recognized as role models in a global network of 20,000+ professionals and students.
